- Make monthly plan, yearly plan for maintaining periodically
- Deploy monthly plan, yearly plan.
- Maintaining, preparing all equipments, tools, instruments, vehicles, machines broken down.
- Make the budget for maintaining activities and follow when it's approved.
- Find out out source for maintenance when required.
- Analysis, summarize the cause of equipment broking down then send warning to the user.
- Analysis, summarize the safety issue when using the equipments, instruct the user using in properly manner.
- Manage all Maintainers in Maintenance department.
- Making report to periodically or when required.

- BA degree, Major in Mechanics, Technique or relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience at Maintenance Manager
- Good skill in English and Vietnamese
- Good communication, management skill
